Chicken Oyster
One of my favourite Yakitori in town which use the glory of charcoal to produce their tasty chicken skewers. Restaurant located in Sheung Wan, in the middle of a street which packed with loads of dried seafood products.
Chicken oyster is the area of the leg connect to the back bone, that is a small shell like bone in an oyster shape. They run out quite soon, if you go there early you need to try your luck.
